Shipping

  • We do our best to ship next business day! We ship within 1-2 business days. 
  • Timing of delivery is subject to the area code you live in and payment authorisation.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
  • Quirche Zorche Candles cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries or for reasons outside of their control e.g. in the cases of adverse weather conditions.
  • Quirche Zorche Candles cannot be held responsible for parcels gone missing after they have been marked as delivered by our shipping agents. Please select EXPRESS delivery at checkout for extra security if a signature is required.

DUTIES AND TAXES

In accordance with Australian export regulations Quirche Zorche Candles is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

 All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

For New Zealand customers, customs charges may be payable when the value of the goods exceeds NZ$225. For information on what you may need to pay customs please check https://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/



CANCELLATIONS

Quirche Zorche Candles will allow cancelations of orders only in the event they have not yet been dispatched. For the avoidance of any doubt, you may not cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@qzcandles.com.au with your order number ASAP and advise you wish to cancel your order.

If we have already recorded your details on a box and/or satchel a AUD$5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of packaging we can no longer use.



EXCHANGES

You can exchange an item within 30 days of the goods being dispatched by us. Products must be received by us unused and in a perfect resalable condition for a full exchange. Please note shipping costs for the return and resend are at your expense.

Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; these will be charged at our shipping agents standard rate and NOT our generous flat rate charge.

Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.  

We recommend a proof of postage and tracking number is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. No exchange is due where a tracking number cannot be provided in the event your item is lost.

RETURNS

Once the 30 day period has passed we have the right to refuse returns of any unwanted items.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit card or method of payment with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. 

We recommend a proof of postage and tracking number is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. No refund is due where a tracking number cannot be provided in the event your item is lost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS 

If for any reason the goods you receive are damaged we will offer a full refund.
The following steps must be followed to receive a refund.

  1. Take clear photos of all the damaged products
  2. Take clear photos of the packaging (box and satchel) and include any damages to the box and satchel.
  3. Email us your order number and the photos to info@qzcandles.com.au
  4. We will then raise an investigation with our shipping agent
  5. A refund will be issued when our shipping agent finalises the claim.


    A claim may take up to 4 weeks to confirm and process. A refund will be processed onto the credit card or method of payment with which the purchase was made within 2 working days from the date our shipping agent finalises the claim.


    FAULTY GOODS 

    If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty we will be happy to offer a full refund. 

    Please note you MUST provide clear photographic evidence of the faulty goods in order to receive a refund. In severe cases, we may choose to collect the faulty products from you for investigation.

    Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit card or method of payment with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date it is agreed upon for a refund.

    Where goods are believed to be faulty please email info@qzcandles.com.au with your order number and photographic evidence stating the issue with the product.


    INCORRECT PRODUCT

    If you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered we will offer you a full refund.  

    Please note you MUST provide clear photographic evidence of the incorrect product received in order to receive a refund.

    Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit card or method of payment with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date it is agreed upon for a refund.

    If you believe the product you received is not what you ordered, please email info@qzcandles.com.au with your order number and photographic evidence of the incorrect product.


    SALE ITEMS

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


    INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED

    Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address has been entered, Quirche Zorche Candles is not obligated to re-send your order to the right address at our expense. If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will notify you and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs and any other costs incurred to regain possession of the parcel.
