How do you pronounce Quirche Zorche?
Its a bit tricky but we love all your excellent attempts! It's pronounced Kir-shay Zor-share.


Is Quirche Zorche an Australian company?
Yes. Proudly Australian owned and operated.
 

Are Quirche Zorche products vegan friendly?
Our products are free of animal and insect products and residue and free of animal testing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Australia Standard Delivery -
Please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery to: NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, WA

Do you deliver internationally?
YES Quirche Zorche Candles does offer international delivery on our website.

What shipping service do you use?
We use Australia Post and other select courier companies to deliver around Australia.

 
What are the delivery costs?
We offer Standard and Express delivery within Australia in line with Australia Post Satchel charges as follows:

Up to 500g Standard Shipping $8.55     /  Express  $11.55
Up to 1kg   Standard Shipping $11.55   /  Express  $14.55
Up to 3kg   Standard Shipping $14.55   /  Express  $17.30
Up to 5kg   Standard Shipping $17.65   /  Express  $21.90
Up to 10kg Standard Shipping $24.95   /  Express  $28.95

Can I cancel my order?
We only allow cancelations of orders only in the event they have not yet been dispatched. For the avoidance of any doubt, you may not cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately by emailing quirchezorche@gmail.com or call us on 0415 372 734 before the goods have left our control.

If the order has already left our warehouse, you will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy.

 
What do I do if my order arrived broken or damaged?

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available.

Please note you MUST provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods in order to receive an exchange or refund. In severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for investigation.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit card or method of payment with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date it is agreed upon for a refund.

Where goods are believed to be faulty or damaged, please email quirchezorche@gmail.com with your order number and details of the return.
 

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange an item within 30 days of the goods being dispatched by us. Products must be received by us unused and in a perfect resalable condition for a full exchange. Please note shipping costs for the return and resend are at your expense.

Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; these will be charged at Australia Posts standard rate and NOT our generous flat rate charge.

Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.  

We recommend a proof of postage and tracking number is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. No exchange is due where a tracking number cannot be provided in the event your item is lost.
