International Shipping & Returns

 

 

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED IN YOUR SHOPPING CART. 

Please advise in the 'comment section' of your order if you wish to Add-on Features' and we will issue you a separate shipping invoice.

Your goods will be shipped once that separate shipping invoice is paid.

 

FOR EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Please advise in the 'comment section' of your order you wish your item to be delivered via an EXPRESS service and advise any 'Add-on Features' and we will issue you a separate shipping invoice for the difference.

The system will automatically charge you the standard rate. We will then send you a separate invoice for the difference in STANDARD and EXPRESS pricing plus any Add-on Features you desire.

Your goods will be shipped once the separate shipping invoice is paid.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address has been entered, Quirche Zorche Candles is not obligated to re-send your order to the right address at our expense. If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will notify you and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs and any other costs incurred to regain possession of the parcel. 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

In accordance with Australian export regulations Quirche Zorche Candles is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

 All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

For New Zealand customers, customs charges may be payable when the value of the goods exceeds NZ$225. For information on what you may need to pay customs please check https://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/

 

Please note:

  • Timing of delivery is subject to the area code you live in and payment authorisation.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
  • Quirche Zorche Candles cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries or for reasons outside of their control e.g. in the cases of adverse weather conditions.
  • Quirche Zorche Candles cannot be held responsible for parcels gone missing after they have been marked as delivered by our shipping agents.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Cancellations

Quirche Zorche Candles will allow cancelations of orders only in the event they have not yet been dispatched. For the avoidance of any doubt, you may not cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item within 30 days of the goods being dispatched by us. Products must be received by us unused and in a perfect resalable condition for a full exchange. Please note shipping costs for the return and resend are at your expense.

Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; these will be charged at Australia Posts standard rate.

Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received.  

We recommend a proof of postage and tracking number is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. No exchange is due where a tracking number cannot be provided in the event your item is lost.

Returns Policy

You can return an item within 30 days of the goods being dispatched by us. Products must be received by us unused and in a perfect resalable condition for a full refund. Please note shipping costs are at your expense.

Once the 30 day period has passed we have the right to refuse returns of any unwanted items.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit card or method of payment with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. We recommend a proof of postage and tracking number is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. No refund is due where a tracking number cannot be provided in the event your item is lost. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 
Incorrect Product

If you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered we will (at our option) replace the incorrect product with the correct product or offer you a full refund.  

To ensure you receive a FULL refund of the item and shipping costs:

  • The item being returned MUST be packaged with adequate protective packaging and reasonably secured to ensure we do not receive your goods broken or damaged. 
  • If the incorrect item you are returning is received damaged, broken or not in a resalable condition and is also found to be poorly packaged with inadequate protective packaging you will lose your right to receive a FULL refund of the item and the shipping cost back to us. We will only provide a refund of the original shipping cost where we sent the item to you.
  • We recommend a proof of postage and tracking number is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. No refund is due where a tracking number cannot be provided in the event your item is lost.

 

The cost of the item and the shipping cost to return the item back to us will be refunded back to you once we receive the item and find it is in a perfect resalable condition.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit card or method of payment with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date it is agreed upon for a refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at info@qzcandles.com.au with your order number and we will raise an investigation and/or claim with Australia Post which can take up to 4 weeks to confirm and process the claim. If you received your goods damaged please include photos in your email to support your claim.
